It is indeed, a matter of honour and pride for me to assume office as the 21st Principal of Sainik School Kapurthala. Since its inception in 1961, the School has carved for itself, an unmatched legacy and a niche of its own, in consistently grooming leaders of tomorrow.

Our illustrious alumni continue to enrich the legacy of this institution through their achievements, distinguishing themselves with excellence in the armed forces as well as in various civil and corporate spheres. Bagging the Raksha Mantri’s trophy for 11 times in the past, is a testimony of the unwavering commitment of our academic and administrative staff. It is also truly heartening to witness the unwavering support of the Saikap Alumni Association. Their ever-ready approach to uplift the school is a noble yet powerful testament to the lifelong connections anchored and forged on these historic grounds.

Being at the helm, I am committed towards grooming confident, capable and resilient young men and women as leaders, who would be fully equipped to navigate and conquer their goals, amidst fierce competition. Our core strategy centres on significantly elevating our CBSE academic performance and maximising our National Defence Academy (NDA) entry results. The existing training modules have been meticulously revisited and chiselled towards honing leadership skills, refining communication skills and building a holistic personality in a cadet. Furthermore, discipline being fundamental tenet of this institution, the faculty remains committed towards cultivating highest standards of conduct and character in the cadets by ensuring an atmosphere of responsibility and positive engagement.
